1. Introduction

Welcome to Communal Cash, a peer-powered social finance platform. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Communal Cash.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and wallet information.
• Do not engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.
• Respect the community guidelines and other users.

4. Tranzaction Wallet Policy

A user is prohibited from using unregistered Tranzaction wallet address to tranzact with other users.

5. Security Deposit Policy

Before participating in trades, users must deposit a security amount held in platform-controlled wallet.

6. Match Policy

Deposit to withdraw match: 1 level above

In this matching process the depositUser who is negotiating the match looks for a withdrawUser that is 1 level above the depositUser and makes a match.

Withdraw to Deposit match: 1 level below

In this matching process the withdrawUser who is negotiating the match looks for a depositUser that is 1 level below the withdrawUser and makes a match.

GiveBack to Withdraw match: any level below

In this matching process the giveBackUser who is negotiating the match looks for a withdrawUser that is any level below the giveBackUser and makes a match.

Withdraw to GiveBack match: any level above

In this matching process the withdrawUser who is negotiating the match looks for a giveBackUser that is any level above thr withdrawUser and makes a match.

7. Fee Policy

Transaction Fee

For every withdrawal transaction a fee of 1 percent is paid by the user.

Subscription Fee

The newly registering user pays a subscription fee of 2.5 xlm to access services rendered in the platform.

8. Withdrawal Policy

Security Fund Withdrawal

When a user selects and registers institutions in a class, the user is unable to withdraw the security fund registered for that class until the transactions of levels in the institutions in the class are completed then the security fund will be unlocked for withdrawal.

Withdrawal to saved wallet address

Users are only allowed to withdraw to user's saved wallet address.

9. Communication Policy

User to User

To create a safe and inclusive environment for all users. Hate speech, threats, bullying, harassment, and other forms of harmful languages are prohibited .

10. Fraud Policy

Fraud indictment of any sort against a user in this platform leads to indefinite suspension of user's account.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, Communal Cash may intervene and investigate transactions, and decisions made by the platform will be final.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

13. Updates to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the new terms.
